The Villa has sleeping capacity for eight guests on two floors. The lower floor is tastefully furnished with antique elements such as a bread chest of 1800 and Persian carpets. A large window, something like a painting, is a feature of the living room. Comfortable seating is the perfect place to admire the extraordinary panorama framed by the window, without being seen. The divans and beds in the rooms are by Ville Venete.
The double room on the lower floor has an adjacent bath with shower, towel warmer and outdoor window. The warm, welcoming living room has a central fireplace and the television. The dining area can seat 6 to 15 persons. The kitchen is brand new and offers guests all the necessary electrical appliances: an oven, a built-in fryer, an induction cooktop and a traditional hob, a pleasant rotating pantry, a refrigerator with freezer and the dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in an adjacent space. The lower floor is elegantly paved with antique terracotta and is connected to the upper floor by a new wooden staircase.
There are 3 double rooms and 2 baths on the upper floor. The suite has a private bath in the room; the other two rooms share a bathroom. The warm parquet flooring creates a welcoming atmosphere and will make you feel at home. The double room suite also has a private outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and the splendid panorama of the hills of Tuscia.
